Ingredients
- 2 (1-pound) cans sliced peaches
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- Dash salt
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup Crisco
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5-7 Tablespoons water
Steps
- Combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch, salt, butter, and lemon juice.
- Prepare crust with flour, Crisco, salt, and water.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
