Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can (21-22 oz) lemon pie filling
Steps
- Mix the cake mix and pie filling together and stir.
- Can add 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Put in a greased 9x13 baking dish — it will look like a lumpy mess, but that’s fine.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 min.
- When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar — can leave it plain, or add a lemon icing (lemon juice + powdered sugar).
