Beat together all ingredients except the powdered sugar.
Chill dough 1 hour.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Oven 350°F.
After chilling, form into small balls.
Roll in powdered sugar until coated. Place on the cookie sheet.
Bake 7 min, or until done.
Remove from the pan after a few minutes to cooling racks.
