Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pkg (21.5 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsalted chopped peanuts

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, oil, and eggs.
  2. Add the brownie mix and water; stir until moistened. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place 1/2 tsp of peanuts on each.
  4. Bake 12-14 min, or until the center is done. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
