Ingredients
- Cake mix
- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp butter
Steps
- Sift cake mix.
- Add eggs & butter.
- Mix well until begins to stick together.
- Knead; wrap in plastic. Chill 15-30 min.
- Roll out. Makes 2 pie crusts.
- Bake 25 min at 350° for regular size, 5-7 min for mini.
Notes
Can be used as an already-baked pie shell. Can use any cake mix. Recipe card lists Temp: 350°F, Serves/Yields: 2 pie crusts.
