7-Up Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 c. 7-Up
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Cut sour cream into Bisquick mix.
  3. Add 7-Up; will make a soft dough.
  4. Sprinkle counter with a little Bisquick mix; add dough and pat it out.
  5. Melt butter and pour in a 9" square pan.
  6. Cut biscuits up and arrange them in the pan on top of the melted butter.
  7. Bake 12-15 min or until golden brown.
