7-Up Biscuits (Original)

Source
Grandma's Notepad (handwritten, p. 8)
Cook
425°F

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Steps

  1. Mix the Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up.
  2. Melt the butter in the bottom of the baking pan. Place the shaped biscuits in.
  3. Bake at 425°F until golden.

Notes

  • The instructions about melting butter in the pan and placing the biscuits are written a bit oddly on the card — worth double-checking against the original.
  • A near-duplicate “7-Up Biscuits” recipe with slightly different proportions (2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup 7-Up) appears later in the same notepad (p. 51) — kept as a separate file, see 7-up-biscuits-notepad.md, since the ratios genuinely differ.
