Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 2 cups quick or cooking oats
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Steps
- Oven 350°.
- In large bowl, beat cake mix, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, water, and egg with electric mixer until well combined.
- Stir in oats. Then add chocolate chips and candies.
- Using a large cookie scoop, drop dough 2" apart on ungreased sheet.
- Bake 14-15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet, then remove to a cooling rack; cool completely, about 20 minutes.
Notes
Makes 27 servings/cookies.
