Candy Bar Surprise Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 bag (13 oz) Hershey’s miniature candy bars
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Steps
- Remove wrappers and coarsely chop the candy bars.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and peanut butter.
- Add the eggs and vanilla. Blend.
- Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda, and slowly add to the peanut butter mixture. Stir well.
- Add the chopped candy bar pieces.
- Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12-14 min at 350°F.
- Cool 1 min, remove to a rack, and cool.
