Cheesy Veg Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qts. H2O (6 cups)
  • 6 sq. Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups diced carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 - 16 oz. bag frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta

Steps

  1. Bring to boil: water and chicken bouillon.
  2. Add to above and cook 10-15 min.: potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion.
  3. Add and cook 10-15 min.: frozen broccoli & cauliflower.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta; stir until melted.
  5. Do not boil.
