Marshmallow Creme Filling

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter or oleo, slightly softened
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 jar (7-7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps
- Beat softened butter until smooth; add powdered sugar.
- Beat in marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread 1 rounded Tbsp filling on flat side of 1/2 the cookies. Top with remaining cookies.
