Marshmallow Creme Filling

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter or oleo, slightly softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 jar (7-7 1/2 oz) marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps
- Beat the softened butter until smooth; add the confectioners’ sugar.
- Beat in the marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread 1 rounded Tbsp of filling on the flat side of 12 cookies; top with the remaining cookies.
